We are proud to highlight the participation of Boefish Sherbrooke in the “Cheffe sous le chapiteau” event organized by the Marché Locavore. This was a wonderful opportunity for our chef, Lana Godbout, to showcase her expertise while working with local products from our partners.
Delicious bites inspired by local terroir
For the occasion, Lana prepared appetizers that reflect the identity of Boefish, combining exceptional meats, fresh fish and seafood, with a Mediterranean touch. Most importantly, the menu was designed in close collaboration with regional producers:
Ferme O’Nature for perfectly grilled beef.
Herbes Orford for the spices that enhanced every flavor.
Les Jardins du Lac for the crisp freshness of the lettuce.
Mycep for the flavorful mushrooms.
Les Jardins Naturlutte and Les Jardins du Haricot Magique for the fresh herbs.
La Fabrique à miel, L’école du 3e rang, as well as Vignoble et cidrerie for the house-made vinaigrette.
This collaboration perfectly illustrates the spirit of the Marché Locavore: a festive encounter between local chefs and producers, offering the public unique gourmet creations.
